1. General description of pump structure

1.1 single stage, single suction, sprial casing centrifugal pump, fully open impeller with wear liners on suction & delivery sides, construction based on “process desinging” concept—impeller, rear liner, seal, casing cover/stuffing box gland, bearing houseing can be dismentled/assembled as a whole unit.

1.2 Open impeller, 3 or 6 vanes, high effeciency, larger passage, low risk of clogging.

1.3 Wide range of applications; from water, waste water, white water, insustrial sludge to coal pulp, juice, syrup, lye, pulp, etc. When used as stock pump, it can handle suspention of up to 7% b.d.
1.4 Heavy duty bearings are adopted; one roller bearing on pump end, two angular ball bearings on transmition side. Bearings are oil lubricated.

3. Shaft Seal
The following shaft seals are available to meet different applications:
SMS–Single Mechanical Seal (sealing water no necessary)
SBS–Stuffing Box Seal (Sealing water necessary)
TMS–Tandem Mchanical Seal (Flashing water needed)
DMS–Double Mechanical Seal (Sealing water necessary)
DYS–Dynamic Seal (No need for sealing water)
SMS meets most of applications & it is standard delivery unless specifically specified

4. Scope of Supply:

4.2 Elastic Coupling with “Pull Out Intermediary” & Coupling Protection Cover
