Current production: Toilet paper with the following dimensions:
Diameter: 125 mm, Width: 96/97 mm
In the past, kitchen rolls were produced on the line, which is why this is possible again with appropriate adjustments. For this purpose, the perforation rows of the perforation head in the rewinder can be adjusted so that different sheet lengths can be achieved.
The circular knives (Epilogs) would be operated with one knife instead of two. The feed of the winding feed in the Epilog can be controlled using servo control.
Capacity: 10,700 rolls per 8 hours. This corresponds to approx. 270,000 rolls of toilet paper per shift.
