Machine type crescent former. Machine has been designed as crescent former by European company and has been operated in this configuration. After few years, the owners decided to reconfigure the machine to flat wire type, for production of toilet paper and kitchen towels. Machine can be changed back to crescent former configuration.

Crescent former but modified.
Headbox slice width 2.700 mm, built on stainless steel and maximum speed 450 m/min complete cantilever on stainless steel, 5 suction boxes, tensors and guides. Roll diameter 1.100 mm and table width 2.900 mm, drive 75 kW.
Complete circuit from the headbox to the yankee dryer cylinder.
Yankee dryer diameter 3.200 mm and table width 2.850 mm, working pressure below 4 bar. Suction press roll on a yankee diameter 600 mm and table width 2.800 mm press loading 140 Kg cm/lineal on rubber. Complete hood Brunnschweiler closed with 2 motors 75 Hp. Drive of the yankee 130 Kw. Hood is heated from exhaust heat of cogeneration plant. - Conventional pope reel diameter of the drum 1.000 mm and table width 2.700 mm. Maximum diameter rewind 2.000 mm, drive 18 Kw.
