Scope of overhaul:

 

All consumable materials were changed by new ones: rotor (casting, stainless steel), shaft, bearings, coupling and sealing

Impellers and front plates are made of specially adapted chrome stainless steel with high strength and abrasion resistance. The steel strength is almost twice higher compared to parts from original manufacturer.

We supply pump shafts from constructional carbon steel. We can manufacture also from ANSI 316L steel on special requirement.

The stock pump is in like new condition, ready to be installed.
