3. Screens

Screens for deflaking separators are made of rolled sheets of special chrome steel with high hardness and abrasion resistance. Steel is not endowed with sulfur for easy machining compared with the original producer.Thanks to material that we use our screens have longer lifetime, which however requieres higher demands on the tools and machinery for the production network. We were led by our experience to use this material, because the materials that are easily machined are also worn out quicker. Chrome layer is galvanically applied on the screen surface.
