Workshop Hanovice - Production & Services

The Hanovice workshop (close to Litovel town, 2 km from the R35 expressway, 15 minutes from Olomouc city) has been in operation since 2018. The team in Hanovice provides all work related to revisions of individual partial machinery. We carry out dismantling work of specific machines, their audit, inspection of used parts and proposals for repairs, replacement or overhaul of specific parts. The construction group Hanovice provides all work connected with the processing of drawing documentation of individual parts.

We will prepare complete workshop drawings to ensure production. We deal with the purchase of metallurgical material, subcontracts and all parts that need to be replaced. The workshop in Hanovice offers all services related to the supply and assembly of new equipment for stock preparation lines. We manufacture and supply pulpers, separators, refiners, pumps, dewatering machines, cleaners and pressure screens. We mainly focus on equipment intended for pulping of waste paper, sorting of heavy impurities, drainage of waste (Krofta), separation of light impurities, pumping of paper pulp. We carry out pump overhauls, vacuum cleaners. We deliver the machines complete with electric motors and all equipment for measuring and regulating media in the paper line.

In the case of refurbishing second-hand equipment, a comprehensive inspection of the individual parts of the machine is carried out after the import of a specific machine to Hanovice. The designing group will prepare a schedule of planned overhaul work and production of new parts. We will ensure production directly in Hanovice. A group of fitters ensures the performance of the control assembly, after the inspection by the customers, the transport to the destination is organized.

The site is equipped with a brand new assembly hall with a modern indoor crane with a capacity of 3.5 tons. We carry out unloading and loading of goods, we provide customs clearance of goods, shipment of goods in the country and abroad.
