During 2023/2024, the company Celpap carried out a complete overhaul of the wire part of PS Leipa, Germany. The machine was purchased in 2023 by a customer from the Czech Republic with the aim of reconstructing for the production of special types of paper.

One of the core devices of a paper machine that is subject to frequent maintenance and replacement are the rolls. As part of the deliveries, we provide replacement of pins, or spraying of pins, hardening, grinding of rolls, including new coatings, replacement of bearing housings, replacement of old bearings with new ones.

When completing the order for a customer from Europe, the "second-hand" refiner parts from a previous installation in the Czech Republic were used. The original rotor plate was used, the original body of the refinerl, etc... All parts were completely refurbished.

Disassembly of the existing bearing, verification of the condition of individual parts, cleaning of parts, dismantling of the existing bearings, replacement with new ones, grinding of the rings, new paint, dismantling of the shaft, repair of the shaft, grinding and new ceramics for the puller bushing, etc.

We have the complete separator "Separator SEP 900-2000" in our stock. The SEP is in our warehouse in Hanovice and is ready for immediate dispatch if you are interested.

Project included technological design of line, basic and detailed engineering, production (overhaul of second hand equipment, production of new equipment, utilization of clients pressure screen and pump), complete electrical part with control system, installation (mechanical, pipeworks, electrical), as well as commissioning and start up support.

The main parts of the machine are in stock, we offer overhaul and completion at a very good price. EcoDrum (screen openings approx. 8 mm) can be used for the primary drainage of impurities from the existing pulper-screen.
