Dismantling the Leipa paper machine, moving the wire part & Yankee to Czech Republic
Complete disassembly of the paper machine, including the stock preparation line. Dismantling also involved the complete cleaning of all production areas. The most difficult part was dismantling of the Yankee cylinder weighing 35 t (cylinder diameter 3600 mm, width 2300 mm, width including pins 4600 mm). Due to the removal of the cylinder from the building, construction modifications were necessary. After total dismantling, the production premises were handed over completely cleaned, no comments were raised by the owner.
In addition to the screen part of the machine, the Yankee cylinder, the supporting structure of the drying part and the cleaning system of the Yankee cylinder were transported to the Czech Republic.
