PM Leipa - Overhaul of the Wire Part of the Machine

During 2023/2024, the company Celpap carried out a complete overhaul of the wire part of PS Leipa, Germany. The machine was purchased in 2023 by a customer from the Czech Republic with the aim of reconstructing this PM to production of special types of paper. Original production range: testliner & fluting.

The purchase of the paper machine in Germany was realized in 2023. The company Celpap covered the complete work associated with the dismantling of the machine and the transportation of individual parts to the production workshop in Haňovice.

Refurbishment work and inspection assembly of the wire part took place from 4Q 2023, the refurbished parts was shipped to the customer in 05-06/2024. Assembly on site was organized during this summer.

The subject of overhaul works was complete cleaning of the machine parts, blasting of individual parts. Delivery of new rolls covers (new rubber covering), replacement of bearings, new bearings, new housings for guide rolls. Delivery of new tensioning system of the wire. Was done overhauling of the wire running regulation system and monitoring of the edge position of the wire. Celpap supplied new beams of the screen part, the lining of the suction boxes was replaced.

The control assembly of the sieve table was carried out in Haňovice. Celpap participated in the installation work at the customer during this summer.
