Second-hand Yankee "BEFORE AND AFTER"... (original location of Leipa DE, new in the Czech Republic)

Celpap overhauled and modified the original support structure of the SH PS Leipa drying part, to which a new upper part for the felt guide was added. The original Yankee cylinder was installed in the drying part of the machine, which was re-bearinged and stored in new housings. The surface of the cylinder was reground, a new injection of the cylinder was carried out. The cylinder was rebalanced. The supporting structure of the machine has been modified for the new position of the Yankee cylinder. The installation of the cylinder was carried out by a mobile crane over the roof of the hall. Celpap assisted in the assembly of the cylinder in the hall. The cylinder was placed on the original supporting structure. The legs of the supporting structure have been modified.
