Refurbishment of Vibrating Screens Voith

The Celpap company offers complete overhauls of vibrating screens of various brands or supplies of new Celpap vibrating screens. We carry out complete cleaning, dismantling the machine into parts, checking the completeness and wear of individual parts. As part of the overhaul work, we will carry out:
  • repair of the collection tub of the vibrating sorter
  • replacement of springs in the supporting structure
  • repair or delivery of a new vibrating basket
  • processing of the drawing documentation of the new vibrating basket
  • reconditioning of a sieve bath or delivery of a complete new bath
  • replacement of the shower system of the bathtub
  • repair or replacement of a new transmission stand
  • overhaul of electrical parts of the machine - new electric motor
