February 2025 - Complete overhaul of the JC02 refiner, Sunds-Jylhavaara-Conflow

The company Celpap carries out and supplies complete overhauls of refiners of the JC series. We currently have a few pieces of size JC-02, -03 in stock, which we offer to end customers after repairs and refurbishing. Machines are cleaned, disassembled and a complete revision and replacement of old used parts is carried out. 

We perform:
- replacement and repair of stuffing boxes
- delivery of new cases in bronze design
- replacement of bearings and sealing elements
- supply of new or reconditioned refining elements
- inspection and overhaul of electrical parts, delivery of new M&C elements
- new drives, new gearboxes
- frame repairs, bearing repairs
