Deflakers DS

Deflakers types DS are used for the primary sorting of materials from waste paper while simultaneously fiberizing non-fiberized pieces of paper. They work continuously and are equipped with circular sorting screens as standard.

Basic Parts of Machine

  • working chamber / machine unit / outlet chamber sealed with a stuffing box
  • functional elements: sorting screen wiped by the working and pumping rotor
  • bearing unit, incl. shaft
  • machine base frame
  • belt drive with cover / electric motor
 
Parts of the machine that come into contact with the stock (input, working and output chamber) are made of stainless steel, the other parts are made of structural steel with a polyurethane coating. DT separators achieve high sorting efficiency and an excellent fibering effect. They have minimal requirements for operation and maintenance even when processing very coarse and polluted substances.
