Deflakers types DS are used for the primary sorting of materials from waste paper while simultaneously fiberizing non-fiberized pieces of paper. They work continuously and are equipped with circular sorting screens as standard. Parts of the machine that come into contact with the stock (input, working and output chamber) are made of stainless steel, the other parts are made of structural steel with a polyurethane coating.

Jylha Sunds JC-02 defibrator and its complete overhaul. Overhaul and repair work began in 2024 with the repair of the frame (bearing housing) of the machine and the repair of the bearing housing in machine frame. Damaged diameters were ground on both pieces, damaged areas were lined with pre-prepared bronze bushings on both the bearing housing and the machine frame. Defibrator is being completely overhauled. Delivery of the complete machine to the customer is organized for beginning of 2025.

During 2023/2024, the company Celpap carried out a complete overhaul of the wire part of PS Leipa, Germany. The machine was purchased in 2023 by a customer from the Czech Republic with the aim of reconstructing for the production of special types of paper.
